Shipping policy
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

- International Shipping: 10-25 business days (varies by destination)

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions may be available from time to time.
Shipping Locations We currently ship to the United States and select international locations including Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and European Union countries. A full list of available countries is shown at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the carrier's tracking system. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Restrictions Some products may have shipping restrictions based on destination. We cannot ship to PO boxes for certain items. Any restrictions will be noted at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at lavontaestinson534@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost packages). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

Customs and Import Duties International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These fees are not included in our shipping costs and are the customer's responsibility.
